In the series, the students reflect on topics relating to permaculture, alternative food production, and biodiversity. As part of the Certificate Program in 2016, the students took part in a three-day permaculture workshop during which they visited several gardeners in southern Germany’s Allgäu region.
The fourth piece, by Theresa Kuhl, recounts her impressions of the holistic concept of sustainable agriculture and its conflict with science.
