Ecopolis Munich: A Student Exhibition

The Ecopolis Virtual Exhibition is now live on the Environment and Society Portal!
Ecopolis, an exhibition on Munich's environmental histories, showcased the final projects of students in the RCC's Environmental Studies Certificate Program.
The exhibition ran from 25 July to 27 July, 2017, in the main building of the LMU (Lichthof). It was open daily from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and free and open to the public.
The Exhibition's vernissagel took place on 25 July at 12:30 in the LMU's main building.
On 27 July, from 6 p.m. until midnight, Environmental Studies Students presented their final projects as part of the Ecopolis Night. President of the LMU, Bernd Huber, gave the opening remarks, followed by the students’ talks. The Selbach award was given for the best thesis on sustainability and there was a podium discussion on the past and future of environmental architecture.
