Dominik Hofmeister studied French, Latin and German as a second language for teaching qualification (Lehramt Gymnasium) and Romance philology and literature, German linguistics, and Latin philology (MA). He joined the Environmental Studies at the Rachel Carson Center at the LMU in October 2015. His final project will elaborate the concept/possibilities for integrating environmental studies in the Bavarian high school (Gymnasium) curriculum.
