Isabelle Hermannstädter is mainly interested in interactions between culture, society, individuals, and the environment. In her opinion, one of the most important aspects of successful sustainability is education. Her latest research project focuses on effective inclusion in the workplace of people with impairments and the role of supervisors. She is particularly interested in sustainable production in industry, as well as the right to a healthy working environment.
