Orsolya Földesi, B.Sc.

Orsolya Földesi received her B.A. in Finance and Accounting at the Corvinus University of Budapest. During her bachelor studies, she already showed interdisciplinary interest and wrote a research paper on the financial, environmental and social aspects concerning the activity of "energy saving companies", and an additional paper on the changing food consumption habits of the Hungarian society during the socialist era. She worked as a process and change manager before starting her M.Sc. in Business Administration at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. With her master's, she is mainly interested in organizational behavior and organizational psychology, and is writing her thesis on the sense-making process of employees during organizational change.

She was enrolled in the Environmental Studies Certificate Program of the Rachel Carson Center (LMU) where she completed her final project on the economic, environmental and social aspects of cut flowers.
