Mandana Bender studied law and history of art at LMU Munich, where she received her BA in 2015. Currently, she is continuing her studies by pursuing a master's degree in History of Art at LMU Munich, where she focuses on the history of architecture.
During her studies at the RCC, she was particularly interested in corporate sustainability, which was also the topic of her final project, and sustainable architecture.
Coming from a background in the humanities and law, her interest in crossing disciplinary boundaries regarding social, historical, economic, and environmental issues motivated her to participate in the Environmental Studies Certificate Program, which she completed in summer 2015.
