Sina Schumacher is pursuing a Master's degree in Philosophy at LMU. With a background both in Philosophy and Psychology, she focuses on philosophy of science regarding empirical sciences and the public perception of science. This includes a philosophical view on climate change denial and epistemic trust.
Sina joined the Environmental Studies Certificate Program in October 2021. She is especially interested in backing up her philosophical analyses with deepened interdisciplinary knowledge about the societal and scientific phenomena that lead to climate change.
