Pat received his bachelors degree in neuroscience, and worked for an academic research group studying dementia and behavior for several years thereafter. He is currently a masters of science student in LMU’s epidemiology program where he is building his knowledge of environmental risk factors contributing to dementia and disease in general. He is particularly interested in both the direct impact of diet on human health and on the indirect consequences of industrial agriculture practices on our surrounding environment.
