Stephanie Linke completed a bachelor's degree in book studies with a minor in language, literature, and culture at LMU Munich. During that time, she participated in courses offered in cooperation with the Rachel Carson Center. As a consequence, she went from being interested in an ecological lifestyle to being fascinated by the relationship between nature and ecology and the human perception of the former. Stephanie believes understanding these issues can help to bring about environmental behavior change. Consequently, she joined the Environmental Studies Certificate Program in addition to her master's degree in film and media culture studies in 2020.
