Tobi Hobmaier completed his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Sociology at
the Geschwister-Scholl-Institut of the LMU. During his study, he focused mostly on International
Relations and Democratic Institutions as well as Political Systems. Through an internship with a
local state representative he developed a growing interest in environmental topics, mostly in water
pollution, species extinction and sustainable agriculture.
Currently, Tobi is pursuing a master’s degree in Political Science at the LMU and taking Spanish
courses, aside from studying at the Rachel Carson Center.
